Credit:  Journal File Photo Following an extended nomination period, two teams have successfully submitted nomination packages for AMS executive in the upcoming election.  The nomination period was initially set to close on Jan. 25; however, it was extended by one day to allow candidates extra time to gather signatures. The AMS also reduced the number of signatures candidates were required to gather to secure the nomination from a minimum of 380 signatures to a minimum of 190 signatures.  RE...
