Nice weather wise. We are seeing some clouds cloud cover is currently on the rise across the bay area we had seen such beautiful clear skies overhead, but you can see from the west were going have a blanket of cloud cover moving in across the bay area later on. Its going to make for a less blue day today than we had yesterday when the skies were just Crystal Clear now youve still looking at very low visibility weve been seeing some freezing fog actually for parts of the north bay. So some very slick spots on roadways and some of these areas up in the northeastern part of the bay, the rest of us have seen nice clear skies and all of us are going to be free of the fog later on just a couple of sprinkles right along highway, one south the Half Moon Bay this morning elsewhere weve been nice and dry. Where is that phil . Its in cuba just outside of the east side. Why was it significant . One of the spanish fleet was held up in the harbor and the u. S. Navy wanted to force that fleet out of there and destroy it, make combat and they thought the best way to do that was to send a plan forced. Once he was taken, the fleet would be honorable.
