Public safety improvements are being made for visually impaired pedestrians in Harrisonburg. Public Works crews began working today on an upgrade of pedestrian signals to audible pedestrian signals, starting with those on Port Republic Road – at the Devon Lane intersection and the intersection with Neff Avenue and Peach Grove Road.
