No change to Profile education plan after emergency meeting
December 16, 2020BETHLEHEM The Profile School Board held an emergency meeting over the weekend to determine if students would return to classrooms on Monday or continue remote learning through the holidays. The decision was spurned by advisory committee suggestions and escalating COVID case numbers in the region.
School Board Chair Kim Koprowski said, We are considering this as a precautionary measure. Since the last time we voted, the rates in New Hampshire have gone up and the contact-tracing ability has gone down, and that s what our advisory committee was looking at when they made the recommendation that got us here today.
