So-called ‘Caniacs’ won’t have to drive to places like Oakland or Bakersfield for some famous chicken fingers, because Raising Cane’s is coming to the Northridge Mall in Salinas. It’s one of several changes that are in store for the mall, including the possible addition of new housing.
