Sohrab, his mother struggle with addiction and he was and she was deported back to south korea when he was three years old and he never saw her again. He spent the next four years in ten different foster homes in angeles. And at age seven, he was adopted and settled into a lower, lower class home in red bluff, california, which seems stable.
