Theyre fighting as i said all the way to the supreme court in some cases. but they appear to have lost at every stage. as far as we can tell from the heavily redacted filings that we have in the mystery case, the company is now paying $50,000 per day every day as punishment for them still refusing to comply with the subpoena because the courts have ruled that they really do need to comply with the subpoena. and this is a case that has been tied up in incredibly highfaluting litigation for months...
