Laredo reports over 50% of the eligible population fully COVID-19 vaccinated

Over 50% of Webb County residents over the age of 16 have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, City of Laredo and Webb County officials confirmed in their Monday coronavirus public update.
The news came on the heels of the area announcing an additional 35 positive cases and no new deaths over the last three days. Laredo now has 43,877 positives and 834 deaths since the emergence of the pandemic locally in March 2020.
