Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and the Galaxy S21 series are reported to be among the first smartphones from the South Korean brand to receive the June 2021 Android security patch, even before the month has begun. The Galaxy Z Flip 5G is receiving the update in parts of Europe and South Korea is the first region to get the Galaxy S21 series update. Samsung has also reportedly updated its Galaxy A32 5G and it will get the May 2021 Android security patch along with some bug fixes and security improvements in Vietnam and Thailand. It is expected that Samsung will release the updates to other regions soon.

As per reports, Galaxy S21 series is receiving overall stability improvements while the Galaxy A32 4G's update sees it getting various privacy and security-related fixes. It should be noted that while this is the first May 2021 Android security update for the Galaxy A32 4G, the Galaxy S21 series is receiving its second May 2021 security update. While the Galaxy S21 update is rolling out in Germany and India, Galaxy A32 4G's update is rolling out in Panama. There is no information as to when other regions will receive the update.

Xiaomi has entered the premium segment once again with the Mi 11 as its nomination in the segment. The handset was launched in China back in December of 2020 and has now been launched globally. The pricing for the smartphone places it in the same bracket as the Galaxy S21+.

The smartphone is a powerhouse with top notch specifications which puts it in the big players league. The Mi 11 is a worthy competitor to Samsung's Galaxy S21 series that was launched just last month. Not the Ultra, but the S21+. We can't compare the Ultra with Mi 11 as the former goes much higher in price and the Standard S21 just falls short in build quality when compared to the Mi 11.

Samsung's latest flagship, the Galaxy S21 series announced just a few hours ago, will be available for pre-booking in India starting January 15. While the device will go on sale in the country on January 29, consumers who choose to pre-book the phone will start getting their Galaxy S21 device starting January 25. Those who pre-book the phone will also get Galaxy SmartTag free and Samsung E-Shop voucher of up to Rs 10,000. Samsung says, as a special offer, all pre-booked consumers can get Galaxy Watch Active 2 or a combo of Galaxy Buds+ and Travel Adapter with a device of their choice. In addition, buyers can avail HDFC Bank cashback of up to Rs 10,000 or have an option to avail upgrade Bonus of up to Rs 5,000.

Samsung has just recently announced the upcoming arrival of its latest Galaxy S series, starting with the S21 and the S21 Plus, which are available at $799 and $999, respectively, as well as probably the best phone yet to date, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, which retails at $1,199.
