JAPAN has increased the level of its coordination with the Philippines and other Asean member-countries in addressing rising regional cyber threats and helping build their cyber security networks. Local information and communications technology (ICT) organizations Philippine Computer Emergency Response Team (PH-CERT) and the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines, with the NPO
