Potential tenants can no longer be denied housing because of how they pay their rent if their landlords are partners with the city.
The San Antonio City Council approved a housing policy Thursday morning that requires rental projects that partner with the city to accept Section 8 and Veterans Affairs housing vouchers as a source of income.
