The Little Rock Winds presents its annual Flag Day concert of marches, patriotic songs and pop tunes at 7 p.m. Sunday on the parade grounds behind the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History.

The second weekend of Arts & The Park kicks off with Gallery Walk from 5-9 p.m. today.

"Bark Side of the Moon," the sixth Barkus on Main Mardi Gras Dog Parade & Block Party, wags its way through the Downtown Little Rock Creative Corridor.

"Celestial Skies," the April exhibit at Justus Fine Art Gallery, will focus on work that contains celestial elements -- sun, moon, stars, "and even an eclipse," a news release says.

The first Friday of March kicks off a "jam-packed weekend" of art and cultural events in downtown Hot Springs, according to the Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance.
