For many people, working from home is the new normal â juggling work and looking after children, worrying about loved ones and trying to deal with change and situations outside of their control. The situation is increasing stress, fear and anxiety, with many still battling with how to cope. April marks Stress Awareness Month, with healthcare professionals across the world joining forces to increase public awareness about, not only the causes, but also the treatments for the growing stress epidemic.
