Many locations already in the low 20s. When you factor in the winds, this is how it feels outside. It feels about 10 in washington, 16 in college park, and a cold 6 degrees right now in dulles. So its not as bitterly cold this morning. Our readings are mostly in the low to mid temperatures. Ive got the satellite in hear. You see a lot of overcast. Gray shading over the midatlantic reading.
