The police say anderson kidnapped a woman near the intersection of third and t streets northeast. 30 minutes later anderson shot and killed that Security Guard outside of the u. S. Census bureau. Sometime later, anderson was spotted by d. C. Police on bruce place in southeast where anderson opened fire on officers. A Police Chased anderson he opened fire again, this time near the intersection of 3rd and m streets northeast.
