Marygizelle Mesa, DSWD-5 information officer, in an interview on Friday, said all its personnel is ready and prepared for the second to the last payout. "Only those beneficiaries who received a text message from our office and some who were contacted by their local government unit with the advice of DSWD will be entertained and received their cash aid. Also, in the upcoming distribution, each province has designated payout venues where beneficiaries could claim the cash grant," Mesa said.
