New Delhi: No court can interfere if an adult woman decides to marry and convert to another religion of her own free will, the Calcutta High Court on Monday said.
According to Bar and Bench, the Bench of Justices Sanjib Banerjee and Arijit Banerjee said this while dealing with a petition moved by a father to trace his “missing” 19-year-old daughter.
