The man who was photographed Wednesday inside the Capitol wearing fur pelts and a bulletproof police vest while holding a Capitol Police riot shield was arrested Tuesday and later released on bond in connection with the Capitol riot led by pro-Trump supporters.
The FBI arrested Aaron Mostofsky, son of a prominent New York judge, at his brother’s home in Brooklyn on Tuesday morning.
Brandon Fellows, 26, posted on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat about being at the riots
He has also uploaded some of his riot selfies to his Bumble dating app
He told Bloomberg he is planning to go back to the Capitol for another protest
Fellows, who used to work in a grocery store in upstate NY, smoked weed on Senator Jeff Merkley s desk
He has not been arrested, nor has Simone Gold or Olympic swimmer Kete Keller
They were all ID d through photos and videos taken at the riot on Wednesday
The DoJ said on Tuesday that hundreds would be charged and may face up to 20 years behind bars
