North korea last night launched a Ballistic Missile from the Submarine Base in sinpo, but the missile exploded minutes after launch. This happened as mike pence landed in south korea for talks on how to counter the growing Nuclear Ambitions and he spoke to american troops at a breakfast there this morning.
