The Delhi High Court has set aside a single judge s order which restrained Google and online travel agency Booking.com from using MakeMyTrip mark, with or without spaces, as a keyword on the Google.
The Court also ordered Telegram to block channels sharing infringing content and Google to take down a YouTube channel containing copyrighted works of Apna College.
