Paige Meers kicked off her dream of owning a coffee shop business when she drove to Indiana to pick up her vintage camper. On my days off I used to go to local coffee shops and just drink coffee, and one night I was laying in bed (looking) on Pinterest, and I saw a cute little vintage camper. I thought it would be a great idea, so I just went for it, Meers said.

PALM CITY, Fla. â It s a Christmas tradition like no other.
Jim Phelps, an expert woodworker, makes wooden Christmas ornaments. Phelps and his wife, LaVerne Phelps, have a 12-foot Christmas tree with about 250 wooden handmade ornaments hanging from the branches. I started doing them, probably, oh, 15 years ago, Phelps said.
The wooden ornaments came to life one day when his daughter wanted to cut down a tree to use as a Christmas tree from his land in Minnesota.

The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast in Palm City is offering a couple different programs this holiday season to help their shelter animals find their forever families.
Home for the Holidays runs from Dec. 20 to Jan. 3, 2021 to foster a dog or cat for the holidays. It gives the animals an opportunity to get out of the shelter and relax a little bit, and possibly find a forever home. said Andrea Rinder, the canine live release coordinator at the humane society.
