PORTAGEVILLE — Patrick Michael Smith of 11913 Wiscoy Road died Monday, Dec. 21, 2020 in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. He was born on Nov. 16, 1954 in Schenectady. He was engaged to Patti Jo Helm who survives. Pat was a former correctional officer for Attica State Prison for 32 years and was a member of the NRA.
