After Oregon State University administration canceled FlatTail Festival, they now say the decision was based on safety and the protection of students. On May 15, two days before the DamJam2024 concert featuring pop band COIN, OSU administration made the decision to cancel the FlatTail Festival. The FlatTail Festival included the DAMJam2024, and the Residence Hall.
The spookiest day of the year is around the corner, and if you don’t have anything planned yet, there’s no need to go far, with Halloween events planned on campus. On Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Oregon State University families can head to the Memorial Union’s Family Lounge for the OSU trick-or-treat.
