Kenneth Albert Nolle, 93, of Alton, IL passed away on March 11, 2021 at Liberty Village in Maryville. He was born on September 11, 1927 in Calhoun County to Albert and Rosa (Kulp) Nolle.
Mr. Nolle was a veteran of World War II and a proud member of the American Legion. He married Roberta June Gansz February 4, 1950, in Hamburg, Illinois.
He was employed for many years at Columbiana Seed Company. He was a member of United Methodist Church of Carrolton, IL.
He was a great man which was apparent by his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his healthy sense of humor. He was a craftsman in carpentry and woodworking and his beautiful flower and vegetable gardens were sights to behold. Dancing, playing bingo, and helping others brought him great joy.

Dr. William L. Wall, age 91, of Bethalto, formally of Charleston, IL, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Cedarhurst of Bethalto with his family by his side.
He was born May 18, 1929 in Hutchison, KS, the son of Harry and Minnie (Wadsack) Wall. He married Gertrude A. Shaklee on June 9, 1951 in Wichita, KS and she preceded him in death on March 1, 2005.
Bill was a graduate of Hutchison High School, Kansas State University Manhattan, and Washington University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Wall served his country in the US Army, as an E4 Corporal before beginning his private dental practice in Charleston, IL. After 45 years in practice, he went on to be an Instructor at Lake Land College, Dental Hygiene Dept. and worked for the Edgar County Dental Clinic.

George M. Lammers, 80, of Wilson, WY; formerly from Alton, IL, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 4:51 a.m. at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born on December 25, 1940 in Alton, IL, the son of George Mitchell Sr. and Annamae (Horn) Lammers.
On September 10
th, 1966 he married Joan Wilder Emery. She preceded him in death on December 2, 2020.
George was a civil engineer, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale. He retired in 1988, after a 25-year career with the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Besides spending time enjoying retired life with his family and grandchildren, George also enjoyed golfing, fishing, snow skiing, sport shooting, flying, and traveling.
