The plane went down in a heavily wooded area about a mile from the airport in the small town of madras, oregon, thats north of bend. One witness heard the whole thing. We hear it quite often, so i didnt really think much about it, and then a few seconds later, i could hear it, i heard the impact, which was just kind of like a puff.
