By EVAN HULL Special to SWT As her official retirement date of June 30 approaches, long-time School Nutrition Director Ethelene Sadler reflects on her wild, yet rewarding career with Pulaski County Public Schools.

This year nearly $6,500 has been donated to pay off school lunch debt at the Meade School District. However, the district says they still see $5,000 of lunch debt.

The Desjardins Foundation is supporting young people at Champlain Discovery Public School by awarding $2,000 for their School Nutrition Program.
