教育部高中「學習歷程檔案」公版模組因委外廠商人為操作疏失，導致81校、7854名學生，於今年9月5日至22日上傳的109學年第2學期學習歷程檔案，共計2萬5210件資料全數遺失，涉有重大疏失。監察委員日前高中學習歷程檔案出包，造成多校、數千名學生上傳資料遺失或毀損，權益受到損害。對此，中廣董事長趙少康表示，學習歷程制度只是個造成老師、學生、家長痛苦，而大學教授又不願相信、採計的怪東西，應該廢除。趙高中學習歷程檔案出包，反對學習歷程檔案的聲音再起。教育部今晚發聲明表示，111學年度起大學申請入學參採學生備審資料的制度並未改變，學習歷程檔案作為學生準備申請入學備審資料來源之一，是大學透過申請入學進高中學習歷程檔案因人為疏失導致2.5萬多筆學生檔案遺失，引發信任危機，因學習檔案將作為111學年升大學使
