DeKalb County Schools Superintendent Devon Horton updated the school board at its Aug. 14 meeting about the opening of school for the year and about the district's attempt to fill teacher vacancies.
The DeKalb County School Board will hold its regular meeting on Aug. 14 and the agenda includes several change orders for projects paid for with special purpose local option sales tax money.
