On September 7 at 12:22 a.m., SLTPD responded to Lakeland Village on Lake Tahoe Blvd. A citizen had found an adult female lying unresponsive in a common area of the village.

UPDATE: The South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLTPD) has updated the initial report of an armed robbery at the Chevron Gas Station on Wednesday evening. The suspect, later identified as William Ehlers, entered the gas station at approximately 3:30 p.m.and held the clerk at gunpoint.
