do these the candidate, do you say? >> do you mean, the campaign -- >> tucker: candidate for whom the president is stumping. >> i think in this case. the state of tennessee is a state that the president carried easily.eg there is a reasonably popular candidate on the other side phil bredesen who was governor and has been well-regarded in the state. he is ahead in what few polls there are. so, but marsha blackburn has a real chance to take the seat for the republicans and she will need the support of the trump. she will certainly need that and his being there helps with that other thing about it, of course, is he loves this. a >> tucker: he does love it. no doubt about that. >> in washington, he feels cooped up and criticized and kind of like a man on an island and he gets out to these rallies where he packs these huge houses and all fully advanced by his team and people come and cheer wildly for him and it makes him feel good. bill clinton was the same way. he got energy from it. people who covered him on his campaign, which i covered him as president but not on the campaign, would say at the end of the day, everyone would be exhausted and he seemed to be some rally and people cheering like mad and he was fullll cry and roaring with energy and couldn't get enough of it. trump seems much the same way. >> tucker: the debate over whose party is the republican party is over. it's trump's party. >> it is. but consider -- i think it's also fair to say, tucker,, for all the talk about how the party has been completely taken over by trump and the -- and it will not -- it will be his party in perpetuity, i think the republican party and its ideologies have had more influence on him than he has had on them. >> tucker: why do you say that? >> because you look at the issues, right? taxes. he talked about that. that's a central republican tenet. stronger defense, also, likewise a central republican tenet. robust approach to foreign policy and defense, which the military is part. deregulation, that's a been a republican red letter issue forever. only issues which on he has departed are immigration and trade. it's not at all clear when all is said and done whether what comes out of all of this, the policies that emerge, are objectionable to the republican mainstream. >> tucker: if there were a third party challenge, what would the third party challenger run on exactly? >> well, a third party challenge to trump or a candidate? >> tucker: a candidate within the republican primary challenging the president. >> it would have to be on the issue of personal character. wth people would say, you know, which is the issue that got george w. bush elected but not necessarily within the republican ranks. it was to restore honor to the white house, do you remember that? in the aftermath of the clinton scandals that carried weight and damaging to al gore who had to fight -- he had to make the decision how closely to link himself to clinton and the robust economy and it was argued forever that he didn't do w that enough or he did it too much. that was a burden on him for sure. and bush capitalized on it. whether that will work in a republican primary at this stage, i don't think so. i think trump has taken over most of the republican agenda. >> tucker: so on then issues, you don't see any kind of challenge for the nomination? >> well, people -- i don't think anyone can challenge him from the left on immigration or particularly on trade.r although one of the problems with trump's trade agenda is that it could go wrong. and we could end up, you know, with trade barriers up. we have sort of backed intode or, you know, sort of blustered our way into. and the economy could get hurt by that. and, you know, you could have somebody running against him on the economy. but the economy would have h to go pretty far south from where it is now for that to happen. >> tucker: how buoyed do you think trump and republicans are by the potential north korean deal? >> well, i think trump was pretty excited about it, pretty excited about it, about the potential of it, but i will say this. my concern has been and is now that he gets into the summit and the possibility of a deal that would denuclearize it and end the korean war and the rest of it, that he makes a bad deal.he that he gets euchred, which is what has happened before repeatedly. so far, though, it seems to me that despite his excited talk and his buying in at least a little bit to the nobel prize talk, his willingness to say okay, this is off, suggests to me that, you know, he has hisis eyes wide open and the people around him do, too. if he gets over there or if they try to organize this thing and it's coming to naught, that he is willing to walk away. but if he didn't do that, and he got into a bad deal, that might leave vulnerability. >> tucker: the indicators for right now, and these things change, are pointing him in the right direction for the republicans, for the white house. >> they certainly look a lot better than they did six months ago. >> tucker: much better. what would happen if democrats failed to retake the house of representatives? what would the reckoning be like do you think within the democratic party? >> it would be pretty serious. i think the message that would probably come out of that would be that being, you know, just overwhelmingly anti-trump is not enough. that while that awakens the sentiments in the base and is responsible for a lot of the energy in the democratic party these days, that that in itself is not enough. it's too negative.t it doesn't paint a picture of how much better things could be. it doesn't really arouse people -- most people are not passionate one way or the other. most people willing to vote on a midterm want to hear from somebody who says, look, i can make things better for you and here is how.w. and if you haven't got that in a way that -- and if you run as a democrat, some democrats seem prepared to do it. vote for me, i will raise your taxes. that's probably not going to work either. >> tucker: do you see any stirrings in the democratic party, which is realigning party, though it gets little coverage. any stirrings of a positive agenda? we are against trump off course we are but here is what we are for. do you see anything along those lines? >> i'm not sure how we would know. the truth is when you get r down to it, tucker, there are not a lot of new ideas. you are usually for reigning in government. controlling spending, although republicans have kind of given up on that, and at least in recent times. lower taxes. sterner defense. tougher foreign policy. all of that, right? very early. and this is, like, three weeks before the election, and he comes up, and he goes, you know, mr. trump -- see, it wasn't mr. president, it was just i mr. trump, and he goes, you know, i've never seen anything like it, but i love the state of tennessee, and those people were coming from the hills, from the valleys, from the mountains! they were coming from everywhere! he said, i've never seen anything like it. really early voting in tennessee. he said, all i can say is you are going to end tendency in a landslide, which we did. but he said, if the rest of the country is like tennessee, right, jimmy, if it is like tennessee, you are going to end the selection very easily. but we all kept hearing, "he can't get up to 270. remember, you need 270, electoral college. "there is no way to do hundred 70." and they were right. 306. "there is no way to do 70." i went to maine, i love maine, i went there for good times because i needed one, i had to find one, because i believed the fake news, they were wrong. there they are. [cheers and applause] and i'm going to tell you right now, tennessee needs a senator who is going to support president donald trump, and i am going to be there to stand with president donald trump and take your tennessee values to washington, d.c., to fight with him to get the job done. thank you all so much! >> president trump: thank you, marcia. she's a great woman. she's a great woman. so we need marsha and the senate to continue the amazing progress and work that we have done over the last year and half. there has never been an administration, and even some of our enemies are begrudgingly admitting this, that has done what we've done in the first year and a half. think of it. we've created 3.3 million jobs since election day. now if we would have said that before the election, that i'm going to create a 3.3 million new jobs, we would never have survived the onslaught from thes fake news. they would not have accepted it. they wouldn't have accepted it. they would'veou said, there's no way you can do that. unemployment is at its lowest level since the turn-of-the-century. now, you know, the actual number is 19 years, but i said, 19 years, that brings us into the last century. i love the sound of "the turn-of-the-century." so i said, let's not use 19, let's say "the turn-of-the-century." but that's a long time. african-american unemployment and hispanic-american unemployment are at their lowest levels in history. in history. unemployment among women is at its lowest level in almost 20 years. and wages, for the first time in many, many years, are finally going up. wages are going up! i used to talk about it on the campaign trail. people were making less money, working two and three jobs, then they were making 20 years ago. well, now, what can i say? they're just going up. wages are growing up and they are growing up fast. the forgotten men and women of our country are no longer forgotten. they are forgotten no more. no more. we are reasserting american strength and confidence and talent. we have tremendous talent in this country. tremendous talent in this room. it's a big room. this stadium. this arena. we have tremendous talent and our talent and our strength is being respected again. prosperity is booming, optimism, and americapt is winning. we are winning. we truly are making america great again. look at all those hats. but most importantly, our country is respected again all over the world. we are not making apologies, we ares not making excuses, we are respected again as a country. no more apologies! [crowd chanting "usa"] but to keep this momentum going, to continue this incredible progress, to keep on waiting, you have to vote republican in november. you see what is happening with the democrats. so marsha is very --dash her vey liberal democrat opponents comee never heard of this guy, who is he? he is an, total tool of chuck schumer. he's a tool. of chuck schumer and of course the ms-13 lover nancy pelosi. she loves ms-13. can you imagine? remember, i said they are animals, and she said, how dare you say that, how dare you say that. have you seen what they've done? have you seen what they are doing to us? and we are taking them out of our country by the thousands. out! out! by the thousands! so phil bredesen was recruited by schumer to run for the senat senate. he had to get to get pelosi's approval. can you believe it? and bredesen were to ever get elected, he would do whatever chuck and nancy -- remember the term, "chuck and nancy," they don't want to the wall, they want open borders, they are more interested in taking care of criminals then they are and taking care of you. [boos] bredesen donated a lot of money tohe the campaigns of barack oba and hillary clinton. [boos] crookedoo hillary. [crowd chanting "lock her up"] so how do you like the fact they had people infiltrating our campaign? can you imagine? can you imagine? can you imagine people infiltrating our campaign? is there anybody in this big, beautiful arena, right now, that is infiltrating our campaign? will you please raise your hand. that would take courage. [laughs] now, look, you take a look at what is going on. never, in the history our country,hi has something taken place like took place during the selection. in all fairness, i am no fan of crazy birds bernie sanders. i'm no fan. but i want to tell you, he got screwed. he did. he did. crazy bernie. he still doesn't know what happened. he doesn't know. i saw him on television. "i don't know what happened." it helped me because we were very, very cautious and we worked hard. many, many speeches a day. that last month of campaigning. and some of the poles got it right but i will tell you t wha, i see the crowd come across like this, i go one to another to another all over the country, the only way she filled up the arena was to get jay-z. [boos] and his language was so filthy that it made me look like the most clean-cut human being on earth. true. true. he'd stand up there before those crowds, and by the way, without any musical instruments, i had much bigger crowd that he was drawing. but he would stand up before those crowds, and he'd use the f word, and hillary would sit back, "i'm in trouble, i'm in trouble." "please, don't have him usean tt kind of language anymore. and then he had finished, and everyone would leave, and she'd be standing up, making a speech to 400 people. but phil bredesen supported her. and he supported her ideas. he opposes the border wall. we need a wall. we are going to get the wall. we've already started doing it. [crowd chanting "build the wall"] so we've already started. we've got a 1 billion in the lat approval. rememberval. this, we had to tae care of our military, folks. we had to. i got $700 billion for our military and next year, i got l16 billion, and our enemies look at us much differently now than they looked at us two years ago. [crowd chanting "usa"] wepo also, by the way, very important to all of us, we got $6 billion -- that's b, billion -- 700b, $6 billion for opioid and getting rid of that scorched that is taking over our country. and the numbers are way down. we are getting the word out. bad. bad stuff. you go to your hospital, you have a broken arm, you come out, you are a drug addict with this crap. it's way down. we are doing a great job. we got $6 billion to help us with opioids. so if you want a strong borders, and again, we started that wall. we have 1.6 billion for the wall. we started the wall, and in san diego, they came to us, they want to the wall in california. you heard this story. i said, don't give it to them! because we lose a lot of energy. they wanted so badly. they got tired of illegal immigrants walking across the front lawn. can you understand that? isn't that terrible that they got tired? why shouldn't they have people walking through the living room? so they want in the wall, so i said, no, let's wait. and they said, go ahead, build it. so we started to build it. then i had to look because the governor of california, who loves theie sanctuary cities... [boos] and other things, so he didn't want wall. they were putting so much pressure so i decided to go then, in the middle of doing it, it is beautiful, it is big, no one is crossing it very easily. it's's not when you can just crp to the top. this is a real wall. so what happened, i have second thoughts -- do you ever have second thoughts about something? i said, let's stop building the wall, because we have more pressure on this crazyhe govern, where the taxes are high and the crime is high. other than that, he's doing a fantastic job, okay. in california, i have property in california that i don't care about this anymore. when you do this job, there's only one thing that matters. that's getting it done properly. getting it done. who cares. who cares, you have property. big deal. so i said, let's stop building the wall.l. i said, how much would it cost -- because i know too much about contractors, i think catherine was contractors, look at these people. i can tell a contractor, i can smell a contractor, believe it or not. got a lot of contractors in this room. so i said, find out how much it would cost to stop. one of the general's side, sir, it wouldn't cost anything to stop. i said, really? find out. he said, it's $7 million to stop.p i said, keep building. i'm not going to do that. redoing the wall, we started the wall, we need about 700 miles of all, 2,000 miles. we need about 700 miles of walla we are getting it, have a lot of natural barriers that are better thanan any wall you could build. but we are getting at. you know, for those people come around or are used to say, who's going to pay for the wall? remember? and these people are saying, we finally have them because mexico said we are not paying for the wall. what does that mean?ta what does that mean? we are renegotiating nafta. remember what i said, we are having -- we are having -- remember, i said tennessee, i said, we have such a bad deal with mexico. i said, we have such a bad deal with canada. w we lose with mexico. over $100 billionli a year with this crazy nafta deal! think of it. it's impossible. we lose 100 billion a year. that doesn't include the billions of dollars of drugs that flow into our country. that is not included. that is probably another hundred billion, probably more, and it's really destroying our youth. we are going to stop it and we have been stopping it. immigrationmm is down. but we need to border wall, we need -- we got to have a change in our laws. our laws are thehe worst laws of any country anywhere in the world. catch and release. have you ever heard? you catch, you take your name, and you release. oh, great, wonderful. then they are supposed to show a court. there's only one problem, they never show up. so we are working -- we are having a real problem. the democrats want to use it asn a campaign issue. and i keep saying, i hope they do. the fact is, the democrats are lousy politicians, they are lousy on policy. i happen to think them allowing open borders, which we don't allow any way, but they make it very difficult, but them allowing open borders, that is a good issue for us, not for them. but the one thing they do, the one thing they do, is they stick together. it is always like, 48, 49, nobody leaves in the senate. they stick together. they always vote like 100%, oka okay? so we need more republicans. we are going to get them. we are going to get the wall done anyway. mexico, i don't want to cause a problem. i don't want to cause edge. but in the end, in the end, mexico is going to pay for the wall. i'm just telling you. i'm just telling you. all right? i don't want to cause any problems. but in the end, mexico is paying for the wall. they make all of this money, and they do absolutely nothing to stop people from going through mexico from honduras and all these other countries, the caravan, all of this stuff, they do nothing to help uss. nothing. they are going to pay for the wall and they are going to enjoy it, okay? they're going to enjoy it. they do nothing for[a us. so if you want a strong borders, and if you want not only that, we have to do something with tht lottery. we have to do something with chain migration! we have a guy in new york, a year ago, he ran over and killed eight people come all right? eight people!pl and nobody ever talked about the people that were injured. if you ever notice? they say, eight people died. they are just horribly injured. they lose an arm, they lose a leg. these are people that are running along side the hudson river. which i know so well. and they are running, and there isis a maniac, takes his car, drives it fasts, knocks off as many people as he can, eight people killed, many people badly injured, missing a leg, missing an arm. can you imagine? these are people different from me in the sense that they want to run. i don't want to run. they want to run.. and they go and they work hard and they want to look good and they come home because of this maniac and others like him. look at what's going on all over the world. look at what's happening to europe. so they go, and they take this man, right? and he got here, and he's got 22 people that came and prayed his mother, his father, his grandmother, his uncle, his sister, he's got 22 people coming in for this one guy. that's called chain migration. 22 people. then, of course, you have the wonderful lottery system that was started by chuck schumer, or sometimes referred to as " "crying" chuck schumer. i've known him for so many years. i know him from new york. "crying chuck." he was crying. he was so sad. he was working those two years, he was trying so hard. he was trying so hard that actually they weren't tears. it was sweat. so crying chuck wanted to have a lottery system. think of it, a lottery! you pick people. let me ask you, so these countries that are sending people and, dond you think they are sending us their finest? so we get the lottery. they put names,es and they pick names, and they come in, and then we wonder why we have problems. we are not going to be a stupid country anymore. we've stop it. we are not going to be. and you can see what you want but i think border security and security general is a great issue for the republican party. it's a great issue. not a bad issue. so if you want the strong borders, if you want crime to stop, and by the way, as a have it weighed on. but then you take a look at a place like chicago. what the hell is that we are doing? what is he doing? we have crime down in the country, but we need republicans and we need to get out and vote forr marsha. if you want your communities to besc safe, if you want your schools to be safe, if you want yourn country to be safe, then you must go out and get democrats theut hill out of offe because there is no common sens sense. and we are going to defend our borders, and we are going to fight hard on crime. we are not going to let what's happened over the long period of time, we have borders down 40% and that's tough because our economy is doingo so well, more and people try to get in. it makes it even tougher. the other thing is, we are going to your second amendment. you want to have a second amendment if the democrats take over. you won't have a second amendment. you won't have a second amendment. so last week, i visited a place where i essentially grew up right next door, to discuss the menace of ms-13. this vicious gang has transformed one peaceful, beautiful community that i know so well, i know the mall, into , savagelyhe murdering, raping, m. they want to cut people up into little pieces because it is more painful. and then i have to listen to pelosi and these people saying, we havehese to respect them, thy are human beings. they are not human beings. they are not human beings. and this is why we call the gang membersms-13 exactly the name that i used last week. what was the name? [crowd chance "animals"] animals. ms-13 takes advantage of glaring loopholes in our immigration laws to infiltrate our country. that is what they do. think of it, we are bringing them in by the thousands, there -- you know, and long island, we have guys in border patrol, we have guys in i.c.e., fantastic women, brave, tough, strong, but we have the people in i.c.e., they go around and grab ms-13, and the beauty is, they are much tougher then these gang members. and they see these people, and they say, man, and they throw them into the paddy wagons, and the towns -- this is long island where i grew up -- youd have the same kind of communities, but for some reason, so many in long island, it's like they've been liberated, like from a war, it is like the enemy has been taken out and the people are dancing and they are waving at they are looking out their windows and they are waving to the i.c.e. people, those people are incredible, brave, toughn people. they've been liberated. terrible. if you what i've told me 30 years ago, 20 years ago, that could happen to long island, i would have said, no way. but that is what happened. think of it, it is like these towns have been liberated. m yet, in the face of ms-13 and its threat, washington, democrats, voted against legislation to remove these criminal aliens. they voted against kate's law and they voted in favor of sanctuary cities that protect criminals. and they voted in favor of catch and release, okay? so democrats have opposed every common sense measure necessary to stop this horrendous scorch of crime to dismantle ms-13 and to stop illegal immigration. that is why we have to go in november. you have to work with marsha. we have to get the votes, we need the votes, they stick together, they'll always vote, phil, whatever the hell his name is, will vote against us 100% of the time. i have democrats coming up to me, "i love you, president, and with the job," some of these dates were won by 44 points, and they were afraid if i go there -- wish i well -- they are telling me, they are actually saying, democrats running for office, many of them are seeing great things about me. in fact, i think they are republicans. here's the problem. they are not going to vote for us, no matter what they say, it doesn't matter, the only thing that matters, they don't have to say anything, they will never raise their hand, because i told you, they are bad at everything, theyey are good at sticking together.in they are good -- i give them respect for that. they are good at sticking together. the only thing they are good it we support the rule of law and we support the heroes of law enforcement. thank you.u. it might mean you pay more taxes. it didn't say cuts so i meet with the politicians, and they've been doing it much longer than me, i've only been doing it for a couple of years, but we haveas common sense. i said, wait a minute, when you pass the tax reform act of whatever year, nobody knows its tax cuts. i think they do. great, let's give everyone an abdication. let's give 350 million people in education. you've got to call it the tax cut act. the tax cut act! and then they said -- good people, well-meaning, they want to pass it from a really people, a lot of great people, knowledgeable -- they said, what would you like to name it -- and i'm being serious aboutt it -- i wanted to be called the tax cut cut cut cut plan. four cuts. we all agreed it was a little bit hokey so we decided not to do it. but we called it the tax cut ac act. i don't say easy. i don't say easy. then, of course, repeal and replace obamacare. we had it done, folks. it was done and then early in the morning, somebody turned their hand in the wrong direction. that cost our country a lot. that was a very, very terrible thing that happened that night. that was a very terrible thing. that cost our country $1 trillion in entitlement savings. nobody would have known. it would have given us a good health care plan, and that cost us a lot. and nobody knew it was going to happen because we had it done, repeal and replace! and the person that voted that way only talked repeal and replace. he campaigned on it. so i'll tell you this. i'll tell you this. take it that, we are coming up with great health care. our secretary of labor is coming out with a plan in two weeks. association plan.oi it's going to be great. our secretary of health, alex, we have alex acosta. i have two alexs, both are coming up with plans that are phenomenal plans. phenomenal plans. alex azar, alex acosta, they'll bebe out over the next four wee. it will cover a tremendous amount of territory, plus in the tax cuts, what did we get? the individual mandate is out of the window that is t the most unpopular of obamacare. so unconstitutional. that was where you have the privilege of paying a lot of money so that you don't have to pay for health care because you are not going to get it. okay? so you pay not to have to pay for health care. in other words, you are not going to get health care. you pay for the privilege -- think of it -- every time i think of it -- you pay for the privilege of not getting health care. great. that's a great one. i love it. that was an obama special. he would think at that? who would think about? we got rid of the individual mandate, we also got anwar in alaska in the tax cut plan. a friend of mine called, they said, you know, it's amazing, the oil business, successful guy, he goes, i can't believe it. they've been trying to get anwr, a massive find, years and years, and i wasn't pushing it too t hard, to be honest with you, because it was more focused on the tax cuts. he calls up and goes, is it true that you are trying to get anwr? i said, who cares. it's the biggest find, it's like, phenomenal. i said, why do you ask? every president, bush, bush -- seven drilling in the middle east. great investment. a lot of debt and blood and money. horrible. bush, everybody tried to get to, so he said, people have been trying to get that approved since ronald reagan. i said, what about reagan? you tried also. they failed. when i heard that, i said, you've got to get anwr approved, and we got it approved. i never knew it was such a big deal. actually a big id.ig deal. people of alaska, who are great, they are working on it right now. they are moving along. last week we passed new landmark legislation to give choice to our great veterans in going through, going to have it, it's going to be incredible. we are going for a choice. haven't finished the process yet but it's happening. joyce! you know, before he knew too much about the v.a., i used to say, we'll take care, these are our great people. they are, in many cases, and pretty rough shape.. they would have to wait for a doctor for three weeks, 16 days, weeks, sometimesti for months. they go onto line with something that could be easily cured three months later, they haven't seen a doctor, and they are terminally ill, okay? and i said, we have to help. and i didn't know too much about it, but i said, you know what makes sense? they wait for the doctors, they can't get in.in you know itt makes sense? let them go to a private doctor who is looking for business and let the government pay. right? and i went to the so-called experts, and they said, we've been trying to do that for years. so it's not an odd idea. they can't get it passed. we are very close to getting it fully passed. joyce!oi joyce! we also did something else. for the v.a., our veterans, we got the v.a. accountability act. you know what that is? you know what that is? we all love civil service, but the power thatha they have comei couldn't get it. for years and decades, they've tried to get accountability so people would treat our vets better. you had sadists, you had people that would be terrible to our vets, and you couldn't fire them. you had people that would steal, they'd rob, you'd catch them, you couldn't fire them. and i had what's called the v.a. accountability act. nobody thought i could get it through.ob nobody. because of the unions. i had to say, and because of civil service, which is very powerful. we got it through. i signed it a couple months ago. and now, when somebody steals, or when a some sicko hurts our great veterans, we look them in the eye and we say, jim, you're fired! get out of here! get out! and they are gone! they are gone! v.a. accountability act. i'm proud of it. nobody talks about it. by the way, these guys don't talk about it. they never talk about it. they don't even talk about it. something good happens, they don't want -- it's mostly good, i will tell you. they don't want to talk about it. this month, just like a promised during the campaign, the united states officially opened the american embassy in jerusalem. [cheers and applause] good. that's good. just a quick story. i really understand now why it was never approved by everybody that ran for office, every president, both parties in running, they said, we are going to open the embassy in jerusalem. we are going to recognize jerusalem as the capital. we are opening -- okay, this was the campaign, theis politicians. this was their campaign prayed over and over. many, many presidents. but not one -- he goes, you're fired. they got fired, i guess you're right. they're not here. but not wanted. ande, i thought that was terrib. you see them campaigning, but we are o going to open the embassy come over and over and over, now it's come time, they never do it. he never did it. now i know why. when two weeksre out, when peope started to thinkhe that we would open the embassy, i was told by every leader in the world, don't doan it, we don't wanted to, ani understood. the pressure not to open it was tremendous. and we did it come and we did the right thing. [cheers and applause] and after -- i'll tell you little bit of the story -- but after it was approved, i told the generals, john bolton who is here someplace. where is john bolton? the great john bolton. n they think he's so nasty and so tough that i have to hold him back, okay? it's pretty great. he's doing a great job. you better get some rest because we have some pretty good negotiations coming up. he is here with his daughter, who lives, by the way, and tennessee. so happy. so i say, i want to build it. we just got it approved, it was a big deal, and they said, yes, sir t. so i get the executive order, big, beautiful piece of paper, it must have cost a fortune. it's so beautiful. leather, most expensive money can buy. probably caused $2,000. remind me to take it when i leave. it is so beautiful. but i have this executive -- i'm getting ready to sign it, i signed "donald," i said, what is this? sir -- i love these generals, much better fighters of war then negotiators for money. sir, this is the new embassy in israel. as for your approval, sir. the cost will be $1 billion. i said, wait a minute, 1 billion. i said, 1 billion? how can it billion? we estimate the cost to be 1 billion. we are going'r out to buy land. in the meantime, it won't open for 30 years. so i called my head, my great diplomat, my representative, to israel -- >> sean: welcome to "hannity." the president is on a roll in tennessee. we'll return to that. >> president trump: mentally, i can't do it. a one-story building that want to go out and overpay for a piece of bad lands and location, like they did in london before i got there. i said, david, i can't do it. the most successful lawyer. he calls me back and says, sir, what? sir, we can build the
