The Scottish Independence Convention’s second Transition Paper, “Scotland’s Security” by Isobel Lindsay, comes at a timely moment with UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s recent sabre-rattling pronouncements after a return to gunboat diplomacy post-Brexit.
