dues to the unions. roughly half of the u.s. states require non-members to pay dues to cover the cost of contract negotiations. one teacher feels it violates her free speech. because she disagrees with many of the union s positions. we should be able to decide whether what the union is doing is good for us and good for our workplace and good for our students. and the residents of whitesboro new york voted on a controversial village seal yesterday. the seal appears to show a white settler choking a nature of american and has been called offensive. the website says the emblem dates back to the early 1900s. a majority of residents were in favor of keeping the image despite the backlash. check out this video of a vehicle in michigan ramming into a police car while a man was on the hood. the man in the car on the car was reportedly fighting with his brother who was inside driving. both brothers were arrested for domestic disturbance. stay there. scrambled politics is up next.
