ALUCOBOND PLUS was used to create the exterior sun shade panels at Alexandria GradLabs Biotech Campus and were perforated in a pattern which replicates a genetic code found in human DNA. The result is a dramatic and visually-impressive building that offers a welcomed break from the ordinary office parks in San Diego, CA.

Named in homage to the long-demolished McKim, Mead & White hotel that formerly occupied the 5th Avenue site, the new amenities suite includes a cafe, workspaces, conference rooms, and fitness facility.
