Iowa Pop Art Festival is Saturday in NewBo, Czech Village
The festival is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and includes more than 80 creatives, all from Iowa, sprawled across the NewBo and Czech Village neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids.
