political relations, public relations fray with the president and his allies and it probably worked to his detriment. some of this has to be the spechter of impeachment, we haven t touched on explored comments that we showed at the top of the show, having knowledge of something that i get the sense from being on the hill that leadership doesn t want to say outloud in a meeting because they don t want it reported in the press immediately afterward but they are moving towards that in a methodical way. who knows why or how the president reacts but i think some of the vulnerability is coming from some of the chatter on the hill. i think we re at 54 members who came out and said they support impeachment proceedings. but i think that number might be bigger. there are these back door meetings happening and these low level scuttlebutt going on where members are saying i want to come out and support going
what is the penalty for that? well, the attorney general barr and dodge would i assume get a grand junior i believe involved and do indictments on whatever crimes they believe were committed. how soon do you think we ll see some of these documents? have you heard anything? the president said he was releasing them and now we know that means that he was allowing bar to release them. have you heard any scuttlebutt about a timetable? i have not. the judiciary committee has not. attorney general barr said the i.g. investigation that was going to investigate these acts, we would hear in may or june time frame. so i hope we find out soon. if there s documents that evidence that there was political motivations going on at the doj and they were legitimately spying on the trump campaign for political purposes and not for legitimate legal purposes, that s going to completely change what the democrats are talking about right now. that s why adam schiff and
