Floral Glass Ornament Workshop In this workshop, folks will create beautiful glass ornaments for the home or tree using dried flowers grown right on-site at Sea Goat Farmstand's "micro-farm!" You can pick and choose your own color themes and get as creative as you want with it! Create a box of three ornaments.
Mini Wreath Making Workshop In this workshop, students will learn how to make a mini Fall wreath using dried flowers grown right on-site at Sea Goat Farmstand's "micro-farm!" We will use a willow and/or grape vine wreath form and add color!! You can pick and choose your own color themes and get as creative as you want with it!
The McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce recently sponsored a job and career readiness panel in Matthew Cendejas' Business 10 class at College of the Redwoods. The panelists were Megan Blumstein from Sea Goat Farmstand, Lisa Dugan from Humboldt Grain Girls and Shelley Nilsen from Express Employment Professionals, The panel was part of the College of the Redwoods' Career Speaker Series, which connects students with community mentors. Fall Maker Faire Skill Share This Saturday, head over to the Maker Faire Skill Share at Sea Goat Farmstand in McKinleyville, where there will be over 20 hands-on crafting workshops for both kids and adults, food trucks, live music, a cake walk, and more!
