Directors in a Belfast-based coach tours firm allegedly diverted business opportunities to a separate operation they had established, the High Court heard.
Travel Ireland Coach Tours Ltd shareholder James Monaghan claims clients seeking to buy tickets from its website were redirected to the other company.
He has been granted permission to pursue an action against four of the directors for alleged breach of fiduciary duty.
