In order to review the regulations, the capital market regulator set up a working group, who have made certain recommendations that will offer flexibility on trading plans for KMPs. The working group has recommended that the minimum cool-off period between disclosure of trading plans and implementation of the same may be reduced to 4 months from 6 months.
