Des Moines Register A second Iowa man faces federal charges accusing him of participating in the Jan. 6 attack of the U.S. Capitol. Leo Christopher Kelly, 35, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested Monday by FBI agents on charges out of the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia.
