Faisal, Yasmin review corona vaccination process Lahore March 15, 2021 LAHORE:Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan and Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid reached Expo Centre to monitor vaccination facilities here on Sunday. Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Captain (r) Usman Younis, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Mudassar Riaz, Additional Secretary Technical PSH Department Dr Asim Altaf, Deputy Secretary Ms Rafia Haider, Ahmer Khan and other officials were present on the occasion. Dr Faisal Sultan and Dr Yasmin Rashid reviewed the process of vaccination for people of over 60 years of age. Secretary PSH Department Captain (r) Usman Younis apprised the minister of arrangements for vaccination. Dr Yasmin Rashid inquired from citizens their views and sought feedback. Wed 17th February 2021 | 09:35 PM Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid on Wednesday said the Primary and Secondary Healthcare department Punjab was providing free of cost diagnostics, treatment and counseling services to more than 11,500 patients of HIV/AIDS in the province LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Feb, 2021 ) :Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid on Wednesday said the Primary and Secondary Healthcare department Punjab was providing free of cost diagnostics, treatment and counseling services to more than 11,500 patients of HIV/AIDS in the province. This was informed by the Minister while highlighting importance of patient confidentiality at a seminar on Role of Media in HIV/AIDS Awareness at a local hotel.

Another 70,000 students will attend classes in 700 colleges, while 38,000 primary and 7,000 elementary schools have eight million pupils. The 600,000 teachers and other staff will also have to be screened at the time of entering the educational institutions. It is estimated that ensuring the screening at such a mass scale would cost a heavy amount.
