Updated: 8:31 AM CST Dec 18, 2020 Chloe Hill Governor Kevin Stitt s Secretary of Digital Transformation and Technology is facing a felony bribery charge.Secretary David Ostrowe was indicted on that charge on December 17, 2020. The charge comes after Ostrowe allegedly attempted to bribe members of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. The Governor s office sent KOCO 5 a statement regarding the charge reading: Governor Stitt is aware of the allegations involving Secretary Ostrowe and takes them seriously. We are still working to obtain more information regarding the details of the situation. The governor has faith in the fairness of Oklahoma s justice system which includes the presumption of innocence. If convicted, Ostrowe could face up to 5 years in prison.
