One of the victims of The Davenport apartment collapse has retained a Philadelphia firm and filed a civil suit.

Two tenants moved out of their apartments in the days before 324 Main Street collapsed. They told their landlord of cracks in the walls and floors.

Despite numerous complaints from residents and even serious warning from local contractors about serious structural problems, the building passed numerous city inspections in the months prior to the deadly collapse.
