I guess i treated the inmates how i would want to be treated. after i worked here for four years or so, i had discovered that i was going to the bar more and more often after work to, as we called it, debrief. i knew something was wrong. i didnt know what to call it. i had started drinking to self-medicate, and i discovered that worked real well. inside of a year, i was drinking well over a fifth a day. by the end, i was drinking over half gallon a day. from there the alcohol just stripped away ...

Going to be okay. you always should go see your doctor. and when it comes to the aches and pains, the benefits of ibuprofen may outweigh the risk of taking it. so im not saying not to take it. what you need to do is you need to do it under the care of a physician. just because its available at your local pharmacy doesnt mean that you shouldnt talk to a doctor about some of these pains. take the lowest dose that you possibly can thats recommended on the bottle that helps you, and take the shortes...
