When i first started the book, i talked to anthropologists and got a sense of what stage of evolution we were in scientifically, and theres not really agreement there. Some of them are saying we could be considered humans 4. 0 actually. But where i kind of starts from was the earliest humans were the ones that were largely subjugated by nature. Natures perceived and then we involve, of course, through technology. Technology played a major role. I think for the last 200,000 years or so we have been humans 2. 0 and thats more of a case of humans living in relative harmony with nature. You know, it hasnt kicked our butt basically completely. Humans 3. 0, i think is where anthropologists call it the [inaudible] and thats where humans are starting to affect nature, master nature both in the sense of the environment and our own biology through technology. And theres debate over when that started. Some

As you begin your twoyear term as attorney general, i believe it is critical for you to return the office of attorney general to its constitutional purpose which is to enforce the laws of the land, not the degrees and winds of the president. The president has a white House Counsel and pretty plenty of attorneys arguing for his point of view on immigration environmental regulations and more. The attorney general, i believe, is the servant of the loss and citizens of the United States, not the president. You may recall earlier this year and last year, back in fallujah again and then ramadi, which is in the western part of the country, which is a sunni predominantly sunni area of the country, and now most recently youve seen this rather spectacular attacks starting with mosul. Which was always a troublesome [ inaudible ] chas been charged with his role in the attacks on u. S. Fast tl is in benghazi, libya, on september 11th, 2012. No u. S.
