Governor Appoints Dillard Trustee
Western Illinois University Alumnus and former Illinois State Sen. Kirk Dillard, a partner in the Chicago office of one of the worlds largest law firms, Locke Lord LLP, of Chicago, IL, has been appointed as a member of the WIU Board of Trustees by Gov. J.B. Pritzker.
