Gorsuch has served on the 10th Circuit Court of appeals in denver for more than ten years, attended Harvard Law School with former president barack obama, in fact, before getting his ph. D. At oxford. Hes had prestigious clerkships including for retired Justice Byron white and anthony kennedy. Gorsuch is originally from colorado but spent years in washington. His mother was actually head of the epa for Ronald Reagan before being forced out because of a toxic waste cleanup scandal. Obama care is not perfect. Obamacare has failed. One of the greatest policy disasters of my lifetime. It passed an i was a member of congress at the time in 2010. We have seen premiums go up. Millions have lost the ability to choose their own doctor. Obama care failed. In the campaign and the administration, President Trump made a commitment to repeal and replace obamacare. Not with the taxes and mandates of that policy. But with more consumer choice, more resources and flexibility to the states for medicaid. We look forward to President Trump signing the legislation to repeal obamacare and set into motion the policies to give the American People more choices in healthcare. The suspect apparently confronted his ex wife right behind me here and now he is dead from an apparenty self inflicted gunshot wound. According to redwood city police, around 2 15 tuesday afternoon a 43yearold man confronted his 44yearold exwife in the parking lot of her employer here along penobscot drive. The woman apparently had a restrain order against her exhusband and refused to talk to him. According to police, the man retrieved a handgun from his truck and chased his exwife across the parking lot. They also believe that during the pursuit he fired at least one shot. The woman managed to call 911 on her cell phone and then hid. When Police Arrived on scene, they confronted the man and tried to get him to lower his weapon.
