SVBGH hopes to continue Skippy's legacy with a new therapy dog that began training this weekend. He is a 12-week-old Silky Terrier aptly named Skippy Jr.
According to Virginia Beach police, Christopher Allman, 33, took the ambulance from Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital at about 7 p.m. Tuesday. Officers who arrived at the scene located the ambulance and began a pursuit.
