>> certainly has complicated things, thats for sure. >> lets move on to this, the major back and forth, shall we say, between the white house and congresswoman wilson surrounding the presidents phone call with the wife of la david johnson. heres what senator lindsey graham said about it this morning. >> general kelly tried to give him some advice about how to talk about these things. president trump may have delivered it inartfully but , i politicized this like congresswoman wilson. >> okay, so,...

Stepping very much away from the core issues where this began and making it a much more typical political fight. but when we wind it back and realize how this began last monday in the rose garden where the president was asked why he had not yet publicly commented on the four deaths in niger and, in part, that may be because the investigation is going on. it may be because it was not widely known u.s. service members were there. whatever started it, it really went off the planned route. and then ...

Got wrong about representative frederica wilson and the johnson family. can you share what that, our viewers, the short version? >> yeah, absolutely. this is a story about identity, and how we view people. and i think the general communicated that he was stunned that a member of congress would participate in this phone call. and i think what he left out for people is that representative wilson is not primarily a member of congress to the johnson family. shes known them for decades. she was the p...

I am extremely concerned because its a major issue and a major problem. i am hoping when we return tomorrow that everybody will jump on this, because this is a catastrophe. we have four soldiers who died. >> yeah. >> they have been buried. we need to know why and we need to know about the special circumstances surrounding la david johnson. it really strange and it really getting next to me and is causing a lot of concentration in our community, because people want to know, why la david, why was ...

Or dental procedures. eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots. plus had less major bleeding. both made eliquis right for me. ask your doctor if switching to eliquis is right for you. not only does he owe me an apology, but he owes an apology to the american people because when he lied on me he lied to them. congresswoman frederica wilson firing back at chief of staff john kelly over president trumps handling of the ambush in niger. president trump wrapping up his attacks via this tweet this morn...

Youve got to stop criticizing when you think about sergeant johnson was reading a headline about 25 years old. two kids got another one on the way due in january. you can get about his wife, kids and family. here we have the media trying to have a conversation and these conspiracy theories. even a leftist is pushing back on what rachel nadeau is tying that to. there was just one problem. it is just so flimsy that it could read the bunch but just a quick glance at a map. talk to us about the map ...

He says the media is drumming up this controversy. as he continues tweeting and taking political shots, he says the media is using this controversy to divert attention from the many successes he has had in his nine months as president. >> mike, good to see you. joining us is john donnelly and paul singer. john, let me start with you. with the end of what the congresswoman had to say about the ambush in niger and drawing the dots between this being what benghazi was for the obama administration...

About our brave americans willing to put on the uniform and go all over the world for their country. we have these four returning veterans who didnt make it, tell us a couple more things about sergeant johnson, so we can try to make this a little bit more about him. >> absolutely. i mean, he was married to his high school sweetheart, who was pregnant, and unfortunately, was a mother of two other young kids, a 6-year-old and i believe a 2-year-old boy, as well. he was really into popping wheelies...

So the pain is real, but its also a deflection tactic because were not taking about niger. were talking about why this sergeant johnson was left behind for two full days. who actually, you know, found him and brought him back to the united states? were not talking about the fact that donald trump was golfing, thats why hes kaug the family. hes not even there to greet the family. so all of these diversion tactics, to say nothing else about his systemic failure after failure legislatively, but als...

President brought this upon himself when he started politicizing it from the beginning, criticizing the way obama -- well, obama didnt call everyone the way i did. he opened the doors to a conversation that should have never been had. these should be intimate moments between a president and grieving families. every president has handled it differently. and by opening that door, he already takes away the intimacy and the care that came from that moment to begin with. absolutely it is problematic....
