Ukraine’s Minister for Veterans Affairs has expressed hope the
participation of a national team at the Invictus Games will lead to an
increase in support in the ongoing conflict with Russia.
The Duke of Sussex, who is currently staying in the Netherlands, where the games are taking place, said the competition would not be the same without a team from Ukraine.
Prince Harry today praised the 'extraordinary' commitment of the Ukrainians taking part in his Invictus Games, despite the Russian invasion of their homeland.
The royal couple's Archewell Foundation has provided monetary support to several organisations, including the HALO Trust and Are We Europe, the latter of which is working to ensure that only ""accurate"" information on the conflict is provided by the media to Ukrainians and the rest of the world
