Originally from mexico and according to his exwife was dating a woman who lived in this house right here, in vallejo. The county sheriff says there was an altercation around midnight here at the home. The woman he was dating was inside. A teenaged boy, a younger child, and of course, he himself, and deputies tell us that another man from a previous relationship with this woman showed up around midnight, and there was an argument, a neighbor we spoke to said her son heard people arguing, and the woman did get hurt in the head, she was taken to the hospital, and since treat and released. The deputy says that man from the previous relationship shot va lass co, apparently as he tried to run away. His body was found across the street from the home. And then that man from the previous relationship was found in a car parked in front of the home with a gunshot wound. The gun found inside the vehicle.
